Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks an enthusiastic bartender to deliver an excellent guest drinking experience. You will prepare classic and innovative drinks, interact with guests, upsell, and ensure readiness for full-service dining.

Responsibilities include crafting beverages, following drink specifications, checking IDs, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized bar while complying with regulations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender with proven track record.
• Proficient in drink preparation and presentation.
• Basic computer skills for POS.
• Second language is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, upsell, full service dinner, and follow drink specifications.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
