Job summary

Uniglobaltechnologies is seeking a Study Abroad Coordinator to oversee the administration, advising, and continuous improvement of study abroad programs. You will collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and external partners to develop global learning opportunities and manage program operations, budgets, scholarships, and risk management.

The role requires strong public speaking, organizational skills, and experience with study abroad systems (Terra Dotta).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in study abroad or higher education.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, or student services.
• Experience living, studying, working, or traveling internationally.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
• Experience with budget management and financial reconciliation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective and current students, families, faculty, and staff regarding study abroad opportunities and requirements.
• Coordinate pre-departure orientation and maintain communication while abroad.
• Collaborate with academic departments and offices to ensure course registration and credit transfer.
• Develop and implement marketing and recruitment initiatives for study abroad programs.
• Maintain Terra Dotta study abroad management system and ensure proper documentation.
• Work with the Study Abroad Advisory Committee to update policies and processes.
• Coordinate study abroad scholarships and manage award processing and communication.
• Maintain study abroad budgets and oversee student billing and financial activities.
• Support faculty-led programs, risk management planning, and international partnerships.
• Prepare institutional reports and analyze participation data.
