Job summary

The University of Arizona is seeking a Study Abroad Coordinator to manage and promote student mobility on study abroad and exchange programs. This on-campus role collaborates with departments and offices across the university to develop global programming within the assigned portfolio.

The position requires an on-campus presence during the academic year, with possible remote work in summer subject to supervisor approval. Benefits include comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Familiarity with Via TRM CRM and Salesforce or similar tools desired.
• Experience with Drupal-based websites and Excel reporting.
• Bilingual in English and another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on program selection, applications, and financial aid.
• Provide guidance within FERPA bounds to students, parents, and staff.
• Assist faculty and staff in interpreting university policies relevant to study abroad.
• Support emergency/crisis responses for students abroad as needed.
• Coordinate student applications and maintain data in CRM and data systems.
