Qualifications

• Experience advising students participating in study abroad programs.
• Experience managing communications with students and faculty.
• Ability to administer applications, enrollment, and pre-departure processes.
• Ability to manage program data and Terra Dotta software.
• Ability to communicate university and education abroad policies.
• Ability to support online applications and program websites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor and contact for students interested in faculty led study abroad programs
• Communicate education abroad and university policies to students and faculty
• Assist with the development, promotion, and administration of customized and faculty led programs
• Support awareness initiatives related to education abroad opportunities
• Administer application, enrollment, and pre-departure processes for programs abroad
• Manage Terra Dotta software and maintain program data
• Plan and support pre-departure orientations for students
• Handle course registration and grade reporting processes
• Manage communications with students and faculty
• Support the development of customized and faculty led program websites and online applications
• Assist with office-wide events and initiatives
