• Experience managing budgets, invoices, and program logistics.
• Proficiency with databases, application management systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support provider partners and faculty-led study abroad programs.
• Develop and implement communications and outreach to students.
• Manage databases and oversee application processing.
• Coordinate invoice negotiation, budgeting, and program assessment.
• Liaise with host institutions, vendors, and international partners.
