Responsibilities include answering inquiries in person, by phone, and via email; scheduling appointments; data entry; and coordinating with multiple departments to resolve enrollment issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent multilingual communication skills.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Tactful and diplomatic in handling complaints.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking for student concerns.
• Proficiency in at least one language other than English (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with enrollment steps for credit and continuing education programs.
• Answer inquiries via telephone, email, fax, or in person.
• Schedule appointments with advisors/departments.
• Provide general reception services and direct visitors.
• Support email campaigns and communications to prospective students.
• Enter prospective student data and document interactions.
• Prepare departmental reports on student inquiries.
• Handle filing, record keeping, and shredding.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve enrollment issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
