Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 1 year of experience in educational recruiting, admissions, international education, marketing/sales, or outreach.
• Ability to travel abroad several times a year and to the US.
• Proficiency in at least one foreign language is preferred.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Study potential international recruitment markets and write an annual plan with strategies and goals to increase enrollment.
• Travel abroad 3-4 times per year to recruit prospective students and engage with partners.
• Advise prospective international students from inquiry to admission and assist with the application process.
• Oversee overseas recruitment partners, train on-site staff, and manage partner relationships and billing.
• Develop recruitment reports and work with the Executive Director to analyze data.
