Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support undergraduate and graduate international admissions application processes
• Execute virtual and in-person recruitment activities
• Provide admissions guidance to prospective international students
• Build relationships with external organizations to strengthen recruitment efforts
• Manage communications and inquiry workflows using Slate, Banner, WhatsApp, and email
• Support application processing and document review
• Advise applicants on requirements and missing materials
• Collaborate with undergraduate, graduate, and transfer offices
• Coordinate recruitment territory efforts with language schools, community colleges, and EducationUSA offices
• Prepare travel and recruitment budget recommendations
• Supervise student workers
