Job summary

Medforth Global Healthcare Education (MGE) seeks a Manager of International Students & Immigration Services to lead immigration operations for RVU and SGU programs. You will act as primary advisor for international students, coordinating with RVU’s PDSO and SGU offices to ensure compliant SEVIS administration and proactive student support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in international student services or immigration operations.
• Knowledge of F-1, J-1, B-1, and H-1B SEVIS regulations.
• Experience managing immigration cases with deadlines.
• Direct, student-facing immigration advising.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist RVU DSOs with SEVIS and I-20 tasks.
• Provide student immigration guidance throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Registrar and other offices on status changes.
• Prepare visa letters for RVU/SGU and assist UK visa docs.
• Develop SOPs and checklists for immigration services.
• Escalate complex matters to Legal/Compliance as needed.
• Monitor deadlines and communicate required actions to students.
• Support clinical placements with immigration considerations.
