Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with international students strongly preferred.
• DSO experience and/or NAFSA training preferred.
• Knowledge of FERPA and student records management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and cross-cultural engagement.
• Ability to manage complex compliance requirements while maintaining a student-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Support international students throughout their Bellevue University experience.
• Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO).
• Guide students on F-1 and J-1 regulations, CPT, OPT, work authorization, and immigration compliance.
• Prepare and maintain I-20s, SEVIS records, and required immigration documentation.
• Assist students through admissions, enrollment, orientation, and graduation.
• Collaborate across campus to resolve student concerns and enhance the student experience.
• Help develop programs, events, and initiatives that foster engagement, belonging, and student success.
