Job summary

The Global Students & Experiences Coordinator at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis serves as the primary student-facing program coordinator within GS&E, leading the development, implementation, and oversight of international student programs and services.

This role integrates student engagement, program coordination, and immigration compliance functions to support a cohesive and comprehensive approach to international and exchange student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in international student programs, study abroad, or immigration processes preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international student programs and engagement activities.
• Oversee exchange program lifecycle with partner institutions.
• Plan study abroad programming, pre-departure orientation, and outreach.
• Advise inbound/outbound students on academic planning, finances, and visas.
• Maintain Terra Dotta records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise student workers and coordinate with campus units.
