• Advanced scientific degree and 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise GM with executive-ready insights and board materials.
• Translate strategy into priorities, roadmaps and metrics.
• Lead annual strategic, financial, and headcount planning.
• Design leadership governance, planning cycles, and quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate enterprise and functional initiatives across US Commercial.
• Represent US Commercial in enterprise planning forums.
• Track performance, identify barriers, and drive improvements.
• Plan major GM-sponsored meetings and engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness for product launches.
• Improve organizational effectiveness and decision-making.
