Job summary

Citi is seeking a seasoned Director (C15) – Head of Business Execution to partner with the US Consumer Cards Analytics & Pricing leadership. You will orchestrate strategic priorities, capacity planning across US and offshore teams, and govern budgets, risks, and governance to accelerate data‑driven growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

In this high‑visibility role, you will establish operating cadences, drive cross‑functional programs, and lead organizational design and talent enablement

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business execution, COO/strategic planning, or operational leadership

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year business strategies and operating plans across US and offshore teams.
• Establish and govern central operating rhythm (reviews, OKRs, KPIs) to monitor performance.
• Drive cross-functional strategic programs and resolve bottlenecks across Cards product lines, risk, tech, finance, and marketing.
• Oversee workforce planning, headcount governance, and organizational design across onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and productivity tracking.
