Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in business execution, COO/Staff roles, or strategic operations within global financial services or top consulting firms.
• Experience operating at a Director level (C15 or equivalent) in a large, matrixed global institution.
• Proven track record governing large cross-border organizations in the US and offshore delivery centers.
• Strong financial and budgeting expertise, workforce capacity modelling, expenses governance, and productivity tracking.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and experience presenting to C-suite, boards, and regulators.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, risk governance, and operational resilience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year business strategies and operating plans with the Head of USCC Analytics & Pricing.
• Establish and govern central operating rhythms (reviews, OKRs, KPIs) across functions.
• Drive cross-functional programs, remove bottlenecks, and align cards, risk, technology, finance, and marketing.
