Citi in New York seeks a Director (C15) – Head of Business Execution to partner with the Head of US Consumer Cards Analytics & Pricing. The role drives strategic priorities, workforce planning, and financial discipline across US and India, accelerating data-driven growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The leader will establish operating cadences, governance, and executive communications, influencing senior stakeholders and leading organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in business execution, COO/strategy roles in financial services or top consulting firms.
• Experience operating at a Director level within a large, matrixed global institution.
• Proven ability to govern large cross-border organizations across US onshore and offshore delivery centers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year business strategies and operating plans with senior leaders.
• Establish and govern central operating rhythms (OKRs, KPIs, reviews) across the organization.
• Drive cross-functional programs, resolve bottlenecks, align cards, risk, tech, finance, and marketing.
• Oversee workforce planning across US and offshore locations, including vendor management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and productivity tracking.
• Represent analytics & pricing to executives and regulators with clear insights.
