Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience in general management, business operations, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• 10+ years of team management and senior leadership experience.
• Extensive experience overseeing business operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead business growth and manage operations across multiple markets or regions.
• Strong understanding of financial performance, resource allocation, and operational planning.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred; MBA is an advantage.
