Planate Management Group seeks an executive to drive growth across federal and international markets. You will lead business development, capture, pricing, and marketing, shaping the company's expansion while managing diverse, global teams.

The CGO will oversee proposals, strategic partnerships, and contract vehicles, ensuring profitable, sustainable growth and high-performance execution worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Extensive federal contracting and market expansion experience.
• 15+ years of growth leadership, incl 10+ years in federal domains.
• Proven BD, capture, proposals, pricing and marketing leadership.
• Willingness to travel for customers, partners and events.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies aligned with Planate’s plan.
• Lead federal BD including Brooks Act procurements, SF330s, IDIQs, MATOCs.
• Build a balanced worldwide contract portfolio across federal, intl, and select markets.
• Lead key accounts, customer engagement, industry positioning and partnerships.
• Direct capture lifecycle: qualification, strategy, teaming, price-to-win.
• Oversee proposals, cost/pricing, compliance, bid/no-bid decisions.
• Lead marketing, capability statements, and growth campaigns.
• Maintain strategic contract vehicles and acquisition plans.
• Establish pipeline reviews, gates, dashboards, forecasts, metrics.
• Mentor a multicultural growth org across BD, capture, pricing, marketing.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, contracts, exec leadership.
• Advise the President on market trends and growth opportunities.
