You will work with a global team to drive measurable outcomes, structuring complex problems, and delivering executive-ready materials for leadership and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives from priority growth programs sponsored by the CSO.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs with clear accountability and timelines.
• Synthesize market, customer, financial, and operational insights into strategic recommendations.
• Partner with the CSO to pressure-test ideas and shape enterprise strategy.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and decisions.
