Job summary

CSA Group seeks a Manager, Global Marketing Strategy to lead worldwide marketing plans for a Commercial Unit. You will shape global campaigns, align CU goals with regional needs, and measure outcomes with KPI dashboards.

You will collaborate with leadership across markets, leverage COEs, and drive budgets to achieve growth objectives while ensuring alignment with CSA Group’s TIC positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong ability to motivate teams and manage complex campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies for the Commercial Unit across markets.
• Lead cross-market services and coordinate regional and national marketers.
• Create and optimize full-funnel marketing programs with measurable KPIs.
