Job summary

Ford is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead global cross-functional projects within the Corporate Strategy team. You will generate hypotheses, structure problems, perform analyses, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for Ford+ objectives.

Applicants should have 5–10 years of experience (or 3–5 years with an MBA), a strong background in business, finance, or engineering, and advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills. This is a hybrid role requiring collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated thought leadership and subject matter expertise in the domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience (or Master’s Degree and 3-5 yrs of experience).
• Proven experience leading high impact cross-functional projects at a global scale.
• Curious, analytical, and able to solve complex problems.
• Understand automotive industry dynamics and managerial accounting basics.
• Track record of challenging the status quo with creative solutions.
• Enjoy teaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities
