Ford Motor Company, in the Lincoln Strategy & Transformation group, seeks a high-impact Strategy & Transformation Manager to shape Lincoln’s long-range strategy within the Ford enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product development, marketing and finance to deliver strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.

The role requires rigorous problem-solving, market analysis, and the ability to present to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a Master's.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present to leadership.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading strategy projects and large-scale programs globally.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses and frame problems across work streams with leadership input.
• Structure and solve problems with cross-functional partners to define roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to gain competitive advantage.
• Communicate strategic insights to senior management to align with Lincoln priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep strategies competitive.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple levels of the organization.
