Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering; related experience can substitute.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy/M&A.

• Lead corporate strategy, strategic planning, business development, and M&A initiatives to drive growth.
• Partner with executive leadership to define vision, priorities, and roadmap.
• Design and manage mid- to long-range business plans across segments.

• Build strategic partnerships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
