Job summary

Global Payments in Denver seeks a Strategy Associate to shape corporate strategy, lead growth initiatives, and manage M&A/JV activities. You’ll partner with executives to define priorities, build long-range plans, and oversee due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution.

You will also develop business plans, perform market and financial analyses, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership. A background in finance, consulting, or IB is highly valued, with MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• MBAs preferred with strong strategy experience.
• Experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop mid- to long-range plans.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
