Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by June 2027 in business/analytics/finance or related field.
• Previous internship experience in analytics preferred.
• GPA 3.3 or higher at time of application.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate to Columbus, OH and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8‑month rotations across the business function.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to research and analyze business problems.
• Present strategy and insights to senior leadership.
• Develop project strategy and analyze data to inform decisions.
