Vibrant Ingredients in Lake Mary, FL, seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise-wide sourcing for ingredients and packaging. You will drive cost efficiencies, ensure supply continuity, and mentor teams across local, regional, and international operations.

This leadership role partners with R&D, quality, operations, and finance to optimize supplier performance and implement strategic contracts that support growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing with strong category management expertise.
• Experience in sourcing agricultural products, food & beverage ingredients, and packaging materials is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement category strategic sourcing strategies to ensure supply, timely delivery, and quality aligned with requirements.
• Lead negotiations for long-term supply agreements to deliver competitive advantages and multi-year contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, quality, and finance to drive cost savings and supplier performance.
