• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret spend data and market trends.
• Demonstrated success in complex negotiations and contract management with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear communication and influence across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for ingredient and packaging categories with spend analysis and market intelligence.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx management, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for supplier quality, service, cost, and compliance.
• Drive supplier reviews and continuous improvement initiatives in line with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Partner with operations, quality, R&D, planning, and finance on cross-functional projects.
