Vibrant Ingredients, headquartered in Lake Mary, FL, seeks a Finance Analyst to back the Procurement organization and lead financial analyses across sourcing activities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to model costs, review supplier bids, and support cost optimization initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 4–6 years in manufacturing finance, with ERP experience; on-site work in Lake Mary, FL is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior exposure to cost accounting, inventory accounting, and purchasing support.
• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, Great Plains/Vicinity, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Procurement teams to strengthen indirect and direct sourcing strategy and assist with finance decisions.
• Evaluate supplier bids, contract proposals, and sourcing scenarios through financial modeling and total cost analysis.
• Partner with Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain to analyze material, packaging, and ingredient costs for sourcing decisions and cost reductions.
• Partner with Procurement to ensure accurate standard setting for all purchased items across all business units.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting related to purchasing and material costs.
• Develop procurement spend analytics and forecast models for key commodity inputs, improving visibility to gross margin impacts.
