Job summary

Vibrant Ingredients in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise-wide sourcing of key ingredients and packaging materials, driving cost efficiencies and supply continuity.

You will manage local, regional, and international sourcing initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, and IT to deliver continuous improvements and contract excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing with strong category management expertise.
• Experience sourcing agricultural products, food & beverage ingredients, and packaging materials preferred.
• Ideal category experience includes Tea, Coffee, Botanicals, Fruits & Vegetables and Functional.
• Strong financial acumen including PPV management, P&L impact, and spend analysis.
• Proven ability to build and manage a reliable global supplier network.
• Successful contract negotiations and supplier accountability experience.
• Leadership and team-building capabilities; ability to coach and mentor.
• Data-driven decision-maker with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategic sourcing strategies ensuring supply, timely delivery, and quality materials.
• Lead enterprise-scale sourcing initiatives to drive cost efficiencies.
• Negotiate long-term supply agreements and manage multi-year contracts.
• Collaborate with Suppliers, R&D, Quality, and IT to drive innovation and supplier qualification.
• Assess supplier performance and drive improvement across the supply base.
• Partner cross-functionally to support evolving business needs.
