Job summary

Hilton’s corporate office in McLean, VA seeks a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead complex programs within Marketing & Loyalty. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, govern cross-functional teams, and drive multi-region initiatives that align with enterprise goals.

You will collaborate with executives, manage risks, and adapt plans for brand localization and partner needs while supporting AI-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional experience in strategic program management, operations, or related fields.
• Four years leading cross-functional programs in a large, global organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured execution with governance, risk, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and influence across functions, brands, regions, partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end orchestration of high-priority programs across Marketing & Loyalty and the broader enterprise.
• Translate business strategy into program charters, objectives, scope, success measures, and roadmaps.
• Act as a senior integrator across brand, marketing, loyalty, partnerships, regional marketing, and external partners.
• Establish governance with roles, responsibilities, milestones, and escalation paths.
• Manage critical paths, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, and surface implications early.
