Lighthouse is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead the success of our largest global hospitality clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage a portfolio of enterprise programs, and guide BI implementations and product onboardings across regions.

Join our Customer Growth team in a role that requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and autonomous execution across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a program or project management role for enterprise or global accounts.
• Strong hospitality industry knowledge, hotel management structures, OTA environment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions, including BI dashboards, for largest global clients.
• Organize and manage all projects within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish governance and guide stakeholder expectations from properties to C-level executives.
• Create and maintain project documentation outlining timelines, activities, risks using task management tools.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal Product and Engineering teams to capture requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth with robust project plans and status calls with key chains.
• Voice of customers to internal teams to improve products and processes.
