Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Manager, Media Strategy & Planning to build and oversee multi-channel media plans for the company. The role is based at a corporate office in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX, offering hybrid work and travel up to 10%.

The candidate will lead agency relationships, manage partnerships, and drive campaigns from concept to execution. The ideal candidate has 5 years of media experience, expertise across Social, TV/Video, Audio, and Digital, and strong programmatic targeting skills.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of work experience at a media agency or in a corporate media role.
• Experience planning across Social, TV/Video, Audio, Digital, and other non-traditional media.
• Experience planning cross-channel campaigns and sponsorships.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic digital landscape and data-targeting tactics.
• Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management, and execution of Hilton's Masterbrand media campaigns with internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Manage enterprise media partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring optimization and outcomes.
• Track, evaluate, and report partnership performance with executive-ready insights.
• Lead planning and activation of sponsorship and custom media programs with key partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure assets are aligned and campaigns are executed on time.
