Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans.
• Tier 1 consulting background.
• Industrials experience.
• Semiconductor or O&G experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in strategic planning in a global organization.
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans.
