You will report directly to our Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (IA) and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC (preferred) or Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage. They play a critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented to drive the organization's success and long-term growth.
