Job summary

You will guide negotiations, contracting, and long-term account expansion, while shaping product priorities and market strategy. Occasional leadership of a small team may be required.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and expand Tier-1 operator partnerships.
• Define multi-year Strategic Account Plans that drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead complex commercial engagements including pricing, contracts, and multi-market partnerships.
• Maintain executive-level relationships as a trusted partner.
• Forecast accurately and manage pipeline and revenue plans.
• Lead QBRs and strategic customer engagements to shape growth.
• Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, compliance, and finance to meet objectives.
• Develop and mentor team members to raise commercial performance.
• Represent Aristocrat at major industry conferences and events.
