Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Manager, Strategy and Corporate Development to shape our global strategy and corporate vision in Nevada. You will lead cross-functional efforts to identify growth opportunities, evaluate M&A options, and align strategic initiatives with financial planning.

You will work with senior leaders to craft long-range plans, model value scenarios, and communicate insights that drive sustained innovation in the gaming industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Outstanding financial literacy, modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, including experience with M&A.
• Ability to prepare and share presentations with executive leadership.
• Independent work approach with the capability to think autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align the corporate strategy for Aristocrat.
• Assess cross-enterprise strategic opportunities and emerging market possibilities.
• Examine market trends and rival advancements.
• Participate in M&A processes and support long-range planning.
• Drive high-visibility projects and planning processes.
• Complete the corporate vision by pursuing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Regularly engage with senior leadership to communicate strategic conclusions.
• Lead and manage various ad hoc projects to support central initiatives.
