Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven (7) years of experience in marketing of manufactured products.
• Three (3) years of project management experience in marketing/product management.
• Fluent in English; Functional Spanish and/or Japanese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed strategic marketing analyses and plans with formal recommendations for evaluation.
• Work with Segment Managers and Strategic Sales to identify go-to-market strategies and implement them to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with Product Management to develop annual product line strategies and support marketing communications.
• Monitor and respond to competitors’ marketing strategies.
• Develop marketing segments for product launch plans and execute them.
• Serve as the main liaison for marketing communications with subsidiaries and corporate HQ.
• Lead global marketing initiatives and coordinate with SMA and sister companies.
• Maintain control of company intellectual property assets.
• Partner with Strategic Sales to develop a lead generation system.
• Develop and maintain a Social Media Strategy to boost brand awareness.
• Participate in industry associations to enhance brand awareness and stay updated on industry changes.
• Develop training content for internal and customer-facing programs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
