Job summary

R. STAHL is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to develop and execute strategies expanding reach across the Americas, connecting products to customer applications and new market opportunities.

The role leverages relationships, industry knowledge, and digital channels to support growth and channel development. The incumbent will work with engineering, product management, and sales to translate technical details into compelling messaging, manage campaigns, and drive ROI across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, automation, or related sectors.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Experience working in a global environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing/digital tools.
• Ability to understand technical information and communicate it effectively to a non-technical audience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Identify target markets and opportunities for growth.
• Translate technical product information into customer-focused messaging and collateral.
• Support new product introductions and lifecycle communications.
• Develop sales materials and campaigns to support the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate marketing with distributors, reps, customers, and partners.
• Plan and coordinate industry events and trade shows; evaluate ROI.
