SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director of Global Sales Strategy to lead our worldwide sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and sales enablement. This senior role drives partner-influenced growth and ensures sales teams have the resources to hit business objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Learning & Development, while leading a team of Partner Managers responsible for regional and vertical initiatives that grow pipeline and revenue.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability to lead global sales strategy and partner programs.
• Experience building and executing partner business plans with senior stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven approach to measure program effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth and improve effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities via data analysis and define success metrics.
• Own enablement strategy for internal sales and partner organizations.
• Lead a team of Partner Managers supporting regions and verticals.
• Drive joint GTM initiatives with strategic partners and coordinate executive reviews.
