You will partner with marketing, sales, and field teams to connect events to pipeline goals, manage agencies and budgets, and ensure ROI through rigorous post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B event marketing with third-party conferences and trade shows.
• Executive presence for presenting strategy to senior leadership.
• Experience partnering with sales to link events to pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-range third-party event strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from sponsorship evaluation to on-site execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and field teams to drive pipeline impact.
• Manage event agencies, vendors, and contracts with Procurement.
• Budget planning, ROI tracking, and post-event analysis.
• Prepare contingency plans for on-site challenges.
