Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Strategic Events Senior Manager to own Elastic's third-party conference portfolio globally. You will lead sponsorship strategy through on-site delivery, partnering with marketing, sales and field teams to drive pipeline and measurable ROI.

Based in North America with priority to the United States, you will manage budgets, vendor relationships and post-event analysis, ensuring seamless execution across a multi-event calendar while maintaining data

Qualifications

10+ years in B2B event marketing with third-party conferences.
Proven ability to own sponsorship portfolios from strategy through measurement.
Executive presence to present strategy to senior leadership.
Ability to link conference presence to revenue and pipeline.

Responsibilities

Third-party event strategy: Own long-range presence at external conferences and partner events.
End-to-end execution: Lead sponsorship evaluation, contract negotiation, booth build, on-site management and post-event analysis.
Cross-functional alignment: Partner with marketing, sales and field teams to connect programs to pipeline goals.
Vendor & agency management: Manage event agencies, negotiate terms and obtain InfoSec/privacy approvals.
Budget & ROI: Manage budget, define metrics, track ROI, and optimize portfolio decisions.
Risk management: Prepare contingency plans for venue changes or on-site challenges.
