Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. This remoteNorth America role focuses on profitable sales growth in the alcohol beverage segment, managing strategic accounts, pricing and negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain.

With 5+ years of B2B beverage sales experience, you’ll drive forecasts, manage pipelines, and build strong executive-level relationships while representing IFF at industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Biochemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in flavors, food ingredients, food manufacturing, or related industry.
• Experience supporting beverage customers, preferably in alcohol beverage category.
• Proven success developing strategic accounts and delivering growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with forecasting, pipeline management and pricing negotiations.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth by developing new business opportunities in the alcohol beverage segment.
• Manage customer relationships across multiple stakeholders and locations to build long-term partnerships.
• Lead pricing discussions, quote management, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial teams to deliver solutions.
• Organize customer meetings, workshops, and presentations with clear progress updates.
• Drive innovation initiatives and product promotions aligned with market trends.
• Represent IFF at industry events and customer engagements.
