Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is seeking a Senior PM in Store Design & Construction to lead international retail projects from concept through execution, preserving brand integrity while balancing budgets and timelines.

You will collaborate across Retail, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations and IT, coordinating with regional teams to ensure seamless store openings and renovations worldwide. Strong design background and multi-region experience are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree of architecture or interior design preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a Project Manager position for retail projects.
• Traditional design firm and field construction experience are strongly preferred.
• Portfolio of both pure design and field experience.
• Ability to develop concept sketches and work with tight deadlines.
• Previous experience with international retail projects preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable in managing projects partnering with teams located in different regions of the world.

Responsibilities

• Lay out floor plans and render storefront ideas conceptually for preliminary approval.
• Interact with International Partners and cross-functional departments to align vision and business needs.
• Review project timelines, manage budgets and conduct site visits for implementation.
• Coordinate with architects to ensure landlord sets are comprehensive and review millworker drawings.
• Source materials within budget and schedule; guide PMs and coordinators with responsibilities.
• Lead by example to manage design projects from concept to concrete reality.
