Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Manager level Designer to support the Senior Art Director in creating high-quality, on-brand digital experiences for the Tory Burch customer. You will develop and scale digital experiences for marketing messages and maintain a consistent design aesthetic across sites, emails, and digital advertising.

You will deliver assets for monthly site refreshes and 360 brand campaigns, and help communicate the brand's inspiration, seasonal collections, and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication design or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in fashion design or digital design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Art Director and VP of Art and Branding in developing innovative design concepts for digital experiences (site, email, digital ads, etc.).
• Actively design layouts/comps in collaboration with editorial to create compelling stories in line with season inspiration and campaigns.
• Communicate with cross-functional partners to understand strategy and deliverables, and articulate design decisions.
• Incorporate learnings from previous campaigns and push the creative further.
• Research current trends in fashion and design to stay inspired.
• Maintain high quality typography, graphic design, illustration and animation across assets.
