Tory Burch is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing professional to lead retail marketing initiatives in New York. The role focuses on driving traffic, engagement, and sales across stores and channels, translating brand strategy into actionable campaigns.

You will partner with Creative, Visual Merchandising, PR, CRM, and Ecommerce teams to ensure cohesive, customer-centric experiences while maintaining brand standards and budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 10+ years in marketing roles.
• Experience leading multichannel retail campaigns and programs.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and agencies.

Aufgaben

• Lead integrated retail marketing programs to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Own end-to-end campaigns from brief to launch within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Visual Merchandising, PR, CRM, and Ecommerce teams.
• Develop in-store experiences, signage, promotions, and localized initiatives.
• Build marketing calendars with Merchandising, Retail, E‑commerce, and Brand teams.
• Measure KPIs, optimize campaigns, and report performance to senior leadership.
• Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring brand standards.
