Job summary

Tory Burch in the United States is seeking an experienced operations leader for a flagship store. You will own store operations, manage inventory, budgets, and a large operations staff, while maintaining a highly standardized customer experience and smooth business runs.

You will balance strategic, operational and leadership excellence with a sense of humor, and collaborate with GM and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional retail excellence and memorable service.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Atypical but fully versed in all operational policies and guidelines for store operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow, train staff on technology and procedures.
• Partner with GM and cross-functional teams to manage annual budgets and allocate resources.
• Lead by example and set clear goals to ensure excellence and accountability.
