Coach is seeking a Director of Architecture to lead end-to-end retail design globally, with teams in New York and key Asia markets, ensuring consistency, innovation and operational excellence across all store formats.

The role requires directing centralized design functions and regional managers, driving architecture standards, and partnering with VM, merchandising, construction and operations to deliver superior store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global architectural design strategy across all retail formats and markets.
• Oversee regional design managers and fixture designers to ensure delivery with design integrity and on time
• Establish global design standards and toolkits to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with construction and procurement to align standards with cost, timelines and operations.
• Champion innovation by adopting new materials and technologies in store environments.
