Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design (preferred).
• 12 years of experience in retail architecture, store design, or multi-site projects.
• Leadership experience managing internal teams and external consultants.
• Experience with traditional design firms and field construction preferred.
• Portfolio showing concept design and built projects.
• Strong ability to develop concept sketches and detailing under tight timelines.
• Experience supporting international retail markets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort collaborating with global teams across time zones.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global store design projects.
• Oversee concept development through construction and openings.
• Collaborate with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Store Ops, IT, Construction and intl teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and design standards for global programs.
• Review docs, guide landlord approvals, select fixtures and finishes.
• Mentor junior team members and drive design excellence.
