Job summary

Coach is seeking a Project Manager, Global Store Design to coordinate international store design initiatives. You will manage schedules, milestones, and cross-functional communication across design, construction, and operations to ensure on-time project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in project scheduling/coordination, with proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project scheduling or coordination within retail, architecture, or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of international processes and landlord requirements.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international store design initiatives and maintain project schedules.
• Track milestones, risks, and forecasts; ensure timely communication across teams.
• Lead design review meetings and stakeholder check-ins to keep projects on track.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for openings, closures, renovations, and pipeline activity.
• Identify process improvements to increase scheduling efficiency and best-practice adoption.
