Coach is seeking a Director of Architecture to lead the global store design vision and execution from our New York corporate headquarters. You will drive strategic direction, align cross-functional inputs, and guide a dispersed team across New York and Asia to deliver innovative, consistent store environments.

The role emphasizes governance, cost control, and fast adoption of new materials and technologies, reporting to executive leadership and shaping the architectural identity of Coach stores

Qualifications

• Experience leading global architecture design teams
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners (VM, merchandising, construction)
• Proven ability to Define and enforce design standards and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead global architectural design strategy across all retail formats and markets
• Direct and mentor a cross-regional design team in New York and Asia
• Set and maintain design standards, guidelines, and toolkits for brand consistency
• Oversee store layouts and designs to ensure on-time delivery within budget
• Champion innovation and adoption of new materials, technologies, and workflows
