Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to manage the company’s equity incentive programs across jurisdictions, including administration of Equity Edge Online and coordination with payroll. This role will be located in the San Jose, CA offices, with Newark, DE as a secondary option, and reports to the Senior Manager, Equity.

The ideal candidate will have six years of stock plan administration experience, expert knowledge of Equity Edge Online, and excellent Excel skills, along with

Qualifications

• Six years stock plan administration in a multinational corporation.
• Strong working knowledge of Equity Edge Online software.
• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Administer the stock plan across jurisdictions.
• Handle Equity Edge Online grants, vesting, exercises, and tax withholding.
• Prepare grant packages and ESPP enrollment processing.
• Maintain stock administration records and SOX compliance.
• Generate reports for HR, Payroll, Finance, and auditors.
• Respond to employee inquiries with professional service.
